Architecture and history enthusiasts will be especially captivated by the museum’s striking Second Empire architectural style — the only surviving example in Hendricks county. With its signature central tower and mansard roof, this two-story brick landmark was the first building in Hendricks County to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
