The Town of Danville enjoys a vibrant downtown and is pleased to provide support for community organizations and events. We make every effort to allocate our resources wisely, so we are asking that you provide us with the following information in order to evaluate your request. It will help us determine if we have the resources and personnel available.
Please submit this event request to the Downtown Danville Partnership no less than four weeks in advance of your event. After we receive your request it will be reviewed by the Town Council. The contact person listed on this form will be notified when the request is presented at a Town Council meeting. The approval process may take up to two weeks.
